Prepare Before Applying

  • A strong enthusiasm and commitment to learning.
  • A genuine interest or passion for trades-related subjects, such as welding, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
  • Self-discipline and motivation to succeed.
  • Previous knowledge of computers is helpful but not required.
  • A minimum educational qualification of junior high school (JHS) or equivalent, or the ability to pass a basic entrance exam in English and Math.

How to Apply

  • To begin the application process, click the “Enroll Now” button on the course page to complete the online application form.
  • If you have academic certificates, diplomas, or degrees, please include them with your application (or complete the simple English and Math entrance exam if applicable).
  • After receiving your admission letter, during registration, a one-time, non-transferable, and non-refundable enrollment fee of GHC 250 is required. This covers your basic starter pack, which includes course materials and two IPES T-shirts.
  • Class sizes typically range from 16 to 30 students. Please note that space is only guaranteed for new students who pay tuition fees promptly.

DWTA Qualifications and Certifications

IPES – Institute of Professional and Entrepreneurial Studies offers certificate and diploma qualifications for courses, modules, and study programs. These can be completed both online and offline. Housing and Accommodation
