How to Get Accepted into

Thank you for your interest in joining IPES! Our admission process is simple and straightforward, and we’ve outlined all the steps you need to follow for a successful application. Please read through the guide carefully to ensure you complete each step properly.

1. Identify Your Desired Program and Purpose

At IPES, we offer a variety of study programs and courses designed to help you achieve your academic and career goals. Visit our Skill Tracks to explore the programs we offer. Explore how IPES course works and are taught and determine which one aligns best with your interests and ambitions.

2. Review Tuition Fees, Payment Plans, and Class Schedules

Once you’ve chosen a program, take time to review the associated tuition fees, payment options, IPES certificate and diploma types, and class schedules. Compare these details to select the program that best fits your financial and personal needs.

3. Check Your Eligibility

Before applying, ensure you meet the admission requirements. Visit our Entry and Admission Requirements page to confirm your eligibility. You’ll find a checklist of necessary documents, housing details, required tests, prerequisite courses, fees, and other essentials to help you prepare.

4. Complete the Online Application

After confirming the program and reviewing the requirements, fill out the online application form. Upon submission, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page with instructions on how to notify us about your application for faster processing.

5. Wait for the Admission Decision

Once you notify us of your application, a counselor from our admissions team will review your submission within 4-7 business days. You’ll be contacted via email or WhatsApp with the results of your application, including whether you’ve been accepted or not.

In some cases, you may receive a conditional acceptance if further documents, tests, or prerequisites are required.

6. Confirm Your Enrollment

Your spot is only guaranteed after paying the tuition fees. Until payment is made, we retain the right to offer the spot to another candidate. Once your tuition is paid, we’ll send a payment receipt and confirm your spot. Additionally, we’ll notify you when to expect your study starter pack and login credentials. Classes will begin on the start date mentioned in your admission letter.
